This policy describes how Zhengzhou Fenhuixiazhi Trading Co., Ltd. ("UOSIA," "we," "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit uosia.shop or place an order. It is effective October 8, 2026.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the items you buy. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.

We also collect the information your browser sends when you use the site, such as IP address, device type, browser type, and pages viewed. Shopify, which hosts this store, sets cookies that keep the cart working and remember your session.

If you email service@uosia.shop, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.

How we use it

We use this information to take payment, fulfill orders, send shipping and tracking emails, handle delivery problems, and answer questions. We also use it to prevent fraud and to understand how the store is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share order details with the providers who run the store and complete the order:

  • Shopify, which hosts the store and checkout
  • The payment provider that processes your card
  • Our US logistics partner, which packs and ships the order
  • The carrier that delivers the package

The store uses cookies for checkout, cart contents, and basic site operation. You can block cookies in your browser. If you do, checkout may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to complete the order, handle a return, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Support emails are kept long enough to resolve the request.

You may email service@uosia.shop to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may keep records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. We reply Monday through Friday, until 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding US holidays.

California residents

If you live in California, you may request that we disclose the categories of personal information we collected about you in the past 12 months, and the categories of parties we shared it with. You may also request deletion of that information, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email service@uosia.shop with the subject line "California privacy request" and your order number, if you have one. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on uosia.shop. The posted version applies from the date at the top of the page.
