Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of uosia.shop and to orders placed there. The store is operated by Zhengzhou Fenhuixiazhi Trading Co., Ltd. ("UOSIA," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide a current email address and a deliverable shipping address in the 48 contiguous United States.
You may not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, scrape it, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that we cannot fulfill, or that was placed with an incorrect price caused by an obvious error.
Products
We sell dog apparel, collars, and leashes. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the item you receive. Size charts are a guide. Measure your dog before you order. A listed size is not a promise that the item will fit a particular breed.
Product descriptions cover ordinary pet use. They are not veterinary advice.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may cancel an order and refund what you paid, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was posted in error.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. Tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is taken by our payment provider when you place the order. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including shipping.
Shipping and returns
Shipping cost, delivery area, processing time, and transit time are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy. We do not offer exchanges. Those policies are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The store name, the UOSIA name, product photos, and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own store or ads without written permission.
Disclaimer
The site and the products are provided as available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty or remedy you cannot waive under the law of your state.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including a missed event or a pet’s reaction to a product. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, except where the consumer protection law of your US state gives you a right that cannot be waived. We would rather resolve a problem by email first. Write to service@uosia.shop with your order number.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on uosia.shop. The posted version applies to orders placed after it is published. Customer service replies Monday through Friday, until 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding US holidays.
